If the order is correct, LUM@KE sends a confirmation email to the email address supplied by the customer during the account creation.

The email contains all the data entered by the customer.
If the data is not correct, the Customer must promptly communicate the corrections as established by this document.

The information entered by the Customer during the order will be included in the invoice. The information cannot be changed after the invoice has been issued.

If the order is not accepted, LUM@KE will quickly notify the customer.

LUM@KE can cancel without notice any orders it deems unreliable. If the Customer has already paid and the money has been credited, LUM@KE will refund them in full.

If the Customer purchases through the website, he will receive a summary email from LUM @ KE in which he will be informed that the purchase proposal is being processed and that it will be accepted within 3 (three) days of receiving the summary email. (unless otherwise communicated by e-mail or telephone).

The customer can pay by bank transfer in advance or with PayPal. For more information, you can consult the dedicated section.

If you buy from a foreign country (not in Italy), send an e-mail to to find out the costs and shipping costs.


Customer satisfaction is very important to LUM@KE. For this, you can always request a return or refund within 7 (seven) days of receiving the order.

Is the product defective?
We always carefully check the condition of every product we send, but something may be out of our control or an order may be damaged in transit.

Did you change your mind?
Sometimes it happens to make a purchase and then not be convinced anymore, because a piece of furniture does not suit the apartment, or an item of clothing doesn’t have the desired fit.

In all of these cases, it’s easy to ask for a return or refund:

Communicate the order number, the item you want to return and the reason.
Choose to receive a refund or an exchange of the item (because it is faulty or because you want it in another color or size).

according to the instructions we will communicate to you.
Once we have received your shipment, we will check the conditions of the item and we will refund or send you a new product, according to your requests.

If the item you request as a replacement is not available, we will proceed with the refund.

We remind you that in the case of a defective or damaged item, lum@ke will pay the shipping costs for the return. In any other case, they are charged to the Customer
